Your Statutory rights are not affected by any of the following terms and conditions.

Repair Services

We aim to provide the best possible service for our customers. All of our repairs are Guaranteed. Please see Warranty section below. We reserve the right not to repair any console we deem to be economically beyond repair.

Xbox360fix.co.uk reserve the right to charge extra for problems  not previously stated on the order. In this unlikely event, we will inform customer of extra charge before repairing the console. If at this point customer decides not to continue with the repair, we reserve the right to charge for return delivery.

Please be aware that during the course of repair it is possible that the symptoms may worsen whilst investigating the fault. If the console cannot be repaired, Xbox360fix.co.uk accepts no responsibilty for this eventuality.

During the course of repair it may be necessary to clear data stored in your console's memory. Please ensure data is backed up prior to sending your console in to us as we cannot guarantee data will be retained.

Xbox360fix.co.uk Accepts no responsibility for Consoles damaged during transit to or from our workshop

Payment for repairs

All payments will be taken using Paypal Money requests or cash on collection.
If payment is not received within 2 weeks of the fix being completed, then we reserve the right to sell then console as payment for the work completed.

Non-supply of goods:

In the event that we are unable to supply ordered goods, Xbox360fix.co.uk shall in no way be liable for any consequential loss incurred through delays in supply or failure to supply. No compensation shall be payable. All products are supplied subject to availability. We are not liable for any damages or inconvenience caused by actions or activities which are beyond our control including, but not limited to, lack of product availability from suppliers, damage caused through misuse or courier damage or defective manufacture of products which we supply.

Receipt of goods:

It is for you to ensure that the person who signs for the goods is entitled so to do. We cannot be held responsible for any loss incurred once delivery to the address you have specified has been made, nor are we responsible for the goods being accepted by the incorrect recipient at the receiving address. Goods must be inspected before being signed for to ensure they are the correct goods and are free from damage. If goods are signed for and then later reported damaged we reserve the right to refuse full refund based on that damage may have been caused after receipt of goods.     

Refunds, and Return of goods:

Goods may only be returned by specific prior arrangement and, excluding our error or if a manufacturing defect is discovered within the first 30 days, at your own cost. Goods are subject to prior inspection by either ourselves or our suppliers before any refund is given. Return of any goods that have been bought in error or are not suitable, where the buyer wishes to return them may be liable for a re-stocking fee. Also, when refunds are given, the refund will be for the value  of the goods and delivery charges cannot be refunded.

Faulty/damaged goods:

All faulty/damaged products are subject to testing prior to repair or exchange. If no fault is present then we reserve the right to charge a testing fee and to charge for return carriage

If your console has a recurrence of the same problem again, within the warranty period we will re-repair for free or offer a £35.00 refund

Not parts, due to accidental damage and neglect. Our Warranty applies only to the repairs undertaken by Xbox360fix.co.uk .The warranty covers the problem/error fixed by us only.

We reserve the right to charge postage costs on consoles repaired under guarantee.Please do not remove the security sticker whilst under guarantee. This will void the guarantee.

In the unlikely event that the console cannot be repaired, we will send the console back, and no charge will be incurred, minus our postage costs.Posting the console is at the customers own risk. Please take out insurance. We will not be held responsible for consoles lost in the post. Xbox360fix.co.uk reserve the right to retain the console if payment has not been received, until payment has been received. After 60 days the console will be deemed to be the property of Xbox360fix.co.uk.

If your console is out of Warranty, Xbox360fix.co.uk reserves the right to charge for any repairs undertaken on this console, including delivery charges.

 Product Information

All prices and offers are subect to price changes at the request of Xbox360fix.co.uk

Delivery

We use TNT for the majority of our console deliveries, which is a next day signed for service. We also use Royal Mail Special Delivery

Our console repairs we endeavour to process within 5 working days from when we receive your console, to when we dispatch. (subject to payment being received)

 

As part of our service, we agree to provide you with information and other services that we may decide to offer, subject to the terms of this agreement. Upon notice published through the service, we may modify this agreement at any time. You agree and continue to agree to use our services in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations and in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the policies and guidelines outlined below. Please note that you will be referred to as 'customer' in this agreement.

 

Accessing the Site
We cannot guarantee that the Site will operate continuously or without interruptions or be error-free. You must not attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Site and, in particular, you must not attempt to circumvent security, tamper with, hack into, or otherwise disrupt the Site or any computer system, server, router or any other internet-connected device.

We cannot and do not guarantee or warrant that any content of the Site will be free from infection, viruses and/or other code that has contaminating or destructive properties. You agree that We will not be liable to you or to any third party for any withdrawal, modification, unavailability, suspension or discontinuance of the Site or any service available on or through the Site.

We do not accept liability for any losses or claims arising from any inability to access the Site or any failure to complete a transaction.
